## What OfficeHR is

> OfficeHR is HR and payroll software for UAE businesses with roughly 10 to 50 employees. It brings hiring, onboarding, employee records, time off, attendance, performance and UAE payroll (including WPS salary files and end-of-service gratuity) into one system. It is built by Kestrel Labs in the UAE.

## What it includes

- **Hiring:** job requisitions, an applicant pipeline built from ready-made hiring templates, a shareable job link with LinkedIn and WhatsApp text, a library of skills tests, written work tasks, recorded video interviews, live interview scheduling with calendar invites, interviewer scorecards, reference checks and offers.
- **Onboarding and documents:** onboarding task lists, e-signatures for contracts and policies, document storage, and Emirates ID and passport details read from uploaded images (HR only).
- **People:** employee directory, org chart, departments, and role-based access so managers see their team without seeing everyone's pay.
- **Time off and attendance:** leave requests and approvals under UAE leave rules, attendance and overtime.
- **Performance and engagement:** reviews, goals, a team community feed, and wellbeing surveys.
- **Payroll:** pay runs, adjustments such as overtime and loans, payslips, WPS salary file (SIF) generation, end-of-service gratuity and final settlements.

## UAE compliance it is built around

- WPS (Wage Protection System) salary file generation.
- End-of-service gratuity calculated under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.
- UAE leave rules: annual, sick, maternity and parental leave, configurable to a company's own policy.
- Pension handling for GCC nationals.

## Pricing (published)
- Base fee, includes the first 10 employees — AED 300 per month
- Employees 11 to 25 — AED 30 per employee per month
- Employees 26 to 50 — AED 25 per employee per month
- Employees 51 and above — AED 20 per employee per month
- Annual billing — 10 months charged instead of 12

## Who it is for, and who it is not

- **For:** UAE companies of about 10 to 50 employees that want hiring, HR and payroll in one system without a dedicated HR administrator.
- **Not for:** multi-country payroll, very large enterprises needing heavy customisation, or buyers who want instant self-serve sign-up. Customers are onboarded personally.
