Question 1

What counts as a seat?

Accepted Answer

A seat is an active employee record on payroll — not a user login. Candidates and applicants in the hiring pipeline, and external read-only access, are never counted.

Question 2

What happens when our headcount changes?

Accepted Answer

On a monthly plan, your seat count — and bill — is recomputed automatically at each renewal, in both directions. On an annual plan, the seat count is committed for the year: adding people mid-term triggers a prorated top-up invoice right away, but removing people doesn't reduce your bill until the next renewal.

Question 3

Why does annual commit the seat count?

Accepted Answer

Annual pricing is discounted (12 months for the price of 10) in exchange for committing to a seat count for the year, the same way most annual SaaS plans work.

Question 4

How is VAT handled?

Accepted Answer

Every price on this page is exclusive of UAE VAT (5%), which is added at invoice time — never folded into the headline number.

Question 5

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. The base fee and per-seat rates above are everything you pay.

Question 6

What happens if we cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep access until the end of your current paid period. Reach out and we'll close it out for you — no cancellation fee.
